Family Focus at Lehman College Art Gallery
March 25th: Collage
April 29th: Paper flowers
FREE family art activity and discussion about the current exhibit. These workshops are great for the whole family. The art gallery is located in the Fine Arts Building. The best way to find it is to enter the campus at the round security post on Goulden Avenue.
Family Affair: Spring Spectacular at The Bronx Museum of the Arts

ARTech: Adventures in Art and Technology
A pop-up art and technology activity space in the Meatpacking District. Kids 4 and up will enjoy making art, creating GIFs, exploring the stars in an inflatable planetarium, creating cars and exploring velocity and lots more! All for FREE!

Metropolitan Museum of Art
Start with Art at the Met (ages 3-6) and Art Trek for Kids (ages 7-11) Family art activities in the galleries, lead by a museum art educator.

These programs are free with admission. Admission to the Met Museum is a suggested donation, and you are free to pay whatever you want. REALLY! Sasha and I always pay a dollar per person, so if the whole family goes we pay $4.

A Closer Look for Kids at The Museum of Modern Art
Bring 2 adults and up to 3 kids for free admission to the museum and a family art activity in the galleries. Every Saturday and Sunday 10:20-11:15 get FREE tickets before 10 am.
“Tickets: Due to construction, from January through May free tickets will be distributed at the special ticketing desk in the main lobby of the Museum starting at 10:00 a.m. on the day of the program. We recommend arriving shortly before 10:00 a.m. as programs often fill up. All participants must be present.”
